Job Description
Finsoul Network is seeking a driven Software Implementation & Bookkeeping Specialist to manage ERP/accounting software projects and maintain accurate financial records. If you have a passion for technology, accounting, and delivering results, this is your chance to grow with a dynamic team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end ERP and accounting software implementations for clients
- Configure, deploy, and optimize accounting/ERP systems
- Conduct UAT, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support
- Train clients and internal users to maximize software adoption
- Manage bookkeeping tasks: data entry, account reconciliation, and reporting
- Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth project delivery and support
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP/accounting software implementation and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in: QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Sage, Odoo, TallyPrime, Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Excellent project management and client communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and timelines
